Welcome to our family of well bred Poodles. Murrmaid Poodles producing exceptional, healthy, sound, well bred AKC Poodles since 1989.

Murrmaid Poodles are versatile with success in show conformation, obedience, agility, field retrieving, service dog & therapy work.

Most important Murrmaid Poodles are wonderful pets and companions.
Our Breeding Program

All Murrmaid Poodles are screened for hereditary disease, current health test results are published on the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals website.

We health test and register with the appropriate genetic registries set up specifically for the breed as recommended by the Poodle Club of America.

We are current members of The Washington Poodle Club, The Space Coast Kennel Club, Poodle Club Of Orlando, The Poodle Club Of The Lehigh Valley and serve on the Board of Directors, 4-H as well as volunteer and support other special interest groups benefiting the wellness of Canines.

We have spent years working endlessly to promote Poodle Rescue as we were founders of Lancaster Area Poodle Rescue.

We are in good standing with the American Kennel Club and have served multiple terms as an AKC Education Coordinator

We have signed and sworn various codes of ethics written to raise the standard of excellence in all phases of poodles.

Our dogs have been carefully bred to excel in health, temperament and conformation.

A puppy is an extension of your family. A puppy must be specifically selected taking all individual personalities into careful consideration.

Your poodle puppy will need a lot of care. Poodles need regular professional grooming and in between brushing, ear cleaning, and nail trimming. Puppy kindergarten is a must for new poodle owners. Obedience class provides guidance and socialization so your pup can grow into the well-mannered poodle you desire.

All Murrmaid Poodles are sold as pet quality or show quality prospects. The difference is your intentions. All "pet quality" pups are sold on limited registration. This AKC breeder option assures us that no offspring will be registerable. If your intention is to show and bred your poodle full registration may be available.

Our policy on breeding is strict. We have invested many years of experience to present you with a poodle that will always carry the Murrmaid prefix. It is our goal at Murrmaid Poodles to place a wonderful, happy, healthy, sound poodle with your family for a lifetime of companionship.
